We currently offer short-term (month-to-month). We offer spaces at $545/mo with a signed month-to-month lease. We are also open to those interested in long-term if bringing in a manufactured home.

Both! We’re proud to say all of our lots offer both 30-amp and 50-amp service!

Yes, pets are allowed with the exception of certain breed restrictions. Please call to confirm.
*With the exception of service animals – we’ll allow for additional accommodations!

Yes, there is an on-site manager that resides in the Lakefront community. In addition, there is a 24-hr corporate office line available for after-hours emergencies.

We don’t allow fires at the RV sites.

Each space has a septic cleanout, and the community will have pumping done as needed.

There are dumpsters on-site located in various locations throughout the community.

Please check with the office; depending on current availability of the park, we may be able to accommodate.

Yes, our facilities are ADA compliant.

Yes, you can have alcohol at your RV site!

Utilities are sub-metered and billed based on individual usage. There is a flat rate for trash.
